Server/Sales Person
Provides fast, personalized and efficient service by making all guests feel special; is a team player. Offers menu suggestions and delivers attractive, great tasting food to ensure 100% guest delight. Provides each guest with an positive dining experience.
Line Cook
Broils/grills/fries and sautés each order by following standardized recipes. Ensures that proper food handling and sanitation procedures are being followed. Prepares attractive great tasting food ensuring that all items on an order are completed at the same time, are visually appealing, and delivered hot.
Server Assistant/Busser
Ensures that the dining room, lobby and service areas are clean, stocked, and visually appealing. Works with managers and team members to provide smooth operation of the restaurant.
Utility/Dish Machine Operator
Cleans dining items and all restaurant areas to provide a sanitized and visually pleasing restaurant to guests and team members. Performs as a team member to provide a safe and hazard-free work environment. Performs maintenance on equipment to ensure proper performance and minimize repair costs.

Restaurant’s History
Jim Mazar opened MaZAR's BridgeView Restaurant in June 2009. But the building has been around long before that serving up home-cooked meals farther back than when Ma and Pa Harpur were running the place.
